Is the price per person or per car?

Per car. A family of four pays the same as one traveller. There are no extra charges for luggage or flight delays.

Do night pickups cost more?

Pickups between 20:30 and 06:00 use the route's night price, shown on the tariffs page and in the booking form before you confirm. Only one night charge applies.

Are your prices fixed, or does the meter run?

Fixed. You know the full price before you book, and it does not change because of traffic or delays. For routes that are not on our price list, we confirm a fixed price before the trip.

How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 24 hours before your arrival, especially in summer. For last-minute rides, call us.

Do you work 24 hours a day?

Yes. We run 24/7, including early-morning and late-night flights and public holidays.

Can I make multiple stops?

Yes. Add a stop in the booking form: each extra stop is €9.76 and is included in the total you see before confirming. Waiting at a stop beyond 15 minutes is charged at the waiting rate.

Where will I meet my driver at Larnaca or Paphos airport?

Your driver waits inside the arrivals hall, holding a sign with your name. Just walk out of baggage claim and find your name.

What happens if my flight is delayed?

Nothing changes for you. We track every flight for free and adjust the pickup time. You never pay extra for a delay.

How long will the driver wait?

We include 60 minutes of free waiting time after your flight lands.

Do you have a taxi for 6, 7 or 8 people?

Yes. Our minivans carry groups of up to 9 people with luggage in one vehicle. For 6–7 passengers you get a fixed price online; for 8–9 passengers ask on WhatsApp or request a quote.

Can you transport a large group or a wedding party?

Yes. Our minibuses take groups of up to 19, priced on request. For bigger groups we send several vehicles together. We regularly drive weddings, events and corporate groups.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, free of charge. Tell us your children's ages when you book.

Can I bring golf bags, a bicycle or extra luggage?

Yes. Mention it when you book so we send a vehicle with enough space. Extra-large items such as bikes, golf bags or surfboards are €4.85 each.

Which areas of Cyprus do you cover?

All of Cyprus: Larnaca, Ayia Napa, Protaras, Paralimni, Limassol, Paphos, Coral Bay, Nicosia, Troodos and every village and hotel in between.

Can you take me to North Cyprus?

Yes, including Famagusta and Kyrenia. Please bring your passport or ID card for the crossing point. Contact us for the price.

Do you offer day tours?

Yes. Private day tours by taxi to the Troodos mountains, the Akamas peninsula, wineries and other sights. You choose the stops and the pace.

Can I hire a taxi by the hour?

Yes. Sedan: €59.76 for the first 2 hours, then €29.76 per extra hour. Minivan: €79.76 for the first 2 hours, then €39.76 per extra hour. Ideal for shopping, meetings or several stops in one day.

Do your drivers speak English?

Yes. All our drivers speak English. Some also speak Greek, Russian and German.

How can I pay?

Pay the driver by card or cash at the end of your ride, or pay online by card when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate accounts can pay by monthly invoice.

Can I cancel or change my booking?

Yes. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup. Within 24 hours: 50% of the fare. Within 1 hour or no-show: 100%. To change the time or address, call or message us.

Is there a tip or gratuity?

Not required. If you've had a great ride, drivers always appreciate a small tip, but the fixed price covers the trip you booked.
