1. Service
Costa Taxi CY provides taxi and private transfer services in Cyprus. By booking, you agree to these terms.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your details. We will contact you to confirm pickup. Quoted prices are fixed and final unless route or stops change.
3. Cancellations
Free cancellation up to 4 hours before pickup. Cancellations within 4 hours of pickup may incur a 50% charge of the fare.
4. Payment
Cash, card, Apple/Google Pay accepted in vehicle. Corporate accounts pay monthly by invoice.
5. Conduct
Smoking, drugs, and damage to vehicles are not permitted. Costa Taxi CY reserves the right to refuse service.
6. Liability
We carry full passenger insurance per Cyprus law. We are not liable for missed flights due to causes outside our control (traffic accidents, weather, customer delay).
